The hotel has one of the best locations in Trabzon, as it is close to Meydan Square and within walking distance of many attractions The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. They always welcomed us with a smile and were ready to assist with any request. The housekeeping team were also excellent; the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
A special thanks to all the hotel employees for their kindness and great service. Their hospitality made our stay more enjoyable and memorable.
