Well...this is not my first visit to Istanbul i am a frequent visitor to the city. I have tried many hotels. For a 5 stars hotel I was honestly expecting more. Nothing went wrong but I wasn't impressed. Compared to other 5 stars hotels, TRYP could do more effort to stand out.
Well many things were missing from the room for a 5 stars hotel. You could have offered bathrobes. Tooth paste. Some bathroom materials. Barely towels were offered. No tissue papers even. The flip flops offered were very poor. Yellowish. Seemed used. Lastly. The welcoming of the employees. Not smiling. Seemed angry and unwelcoming.
