После нашей жалобы персонал убрал номер, заменил полотенца, починил кровать и принес одеяла. Спасибо сотрудникам за частичную реакцию на обращение.
Мы проживали семьей с тремя маленькими детьми. В апартаментах были плесень и сильный запах канализации в ванной второго этажа, постоянно текла вода в унитазе, мигал свет, душ на первом этаже не держался на стойке, не работала подсветка вытяжки, а кровать в большой спальне была сломана. Изначально номер не убирали, полотенца не меняли, швабры не было. Детское постельное белье оказалось порванным; после замены новый комплект снова был с дырками. Два одеяла принесли только после повторной жалобы. Часть проблем исправили, однако плесень, запах канализации и большинство технических неисправностей во время проживания остались. Не рекомендую этот объект семьям с детьми до проведения ремонта и улучшения контроля чистоты.
В целом считаю этот отель цена-качество. Для нашей семьи было очень удобно, выход с комнаты к бассейну. В номере чисто, всё белым цветом. Бассейн чистый, территория симпатичная, не большая, но ухоженная и красивая. Местоположение около леса, от моря далеко, нужно продумывать. Пешком ходили до центральных улиц, до баров и ресторанов, не далеко. Мы даже вернулись в этот отель в тот же отпуск. Ценник адекватный.
Нас вообще ничего не напрягло в данном жилье. Жаль что не делали фотографии.
