Zimmer sind renovierungsbedürftig. Es gab kein warmes Wasser.
Die Reinigungskraft /Küchenservice war super nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Immer zuvorkommend und drauf bedacht das es uns an nichts fehlt. Das dazugehörige Restaurant können wir nur empfehlen - super lecker 😋
Personal an der Rezeption: Sprachverständniss in englisch und deutsch sehr schlecht. Reklamation: 2 Tage nur kaltes Wasser zum Duschen, war schwer zu beheben - Sprachkenntnisse/ Desinteresse Notwendige Reparatur: -Badtür fällt der Türknauf bald ab - man hat Angst im Bad eingeschlossen zu werden oder gar nicht mehr ins Bad zu kommen, wenn man den Türknauf betätigt. - Balkontür sehr, sehr schwergängig - Betten quitschen bei jeder Bewegung
