Staff are excellent, eager to help with joy. Three staff members were super, Arkan at reception, Ayson at restaurants, and the cleaning lady. This hotel is one of the very few hotels in the world that we enjoyed the food, very very tasty, generous, and wide selection
Ben je trouve qu’il n’y a pas assez de musique qui ambiance toutes les piscines et on avait pas Maman, mais c’était pas assez fort, c’était en fond. Pas trop ambiancé au niveau des piscines. Je trouve que les animations Club ne sont pas top, servi du cocktail dans les gobelets en papier nul de plus ces gobelets au port des piscines avec des piles complètes ne sont même pas débarrassé, il y a plein d’abeilles qui vous tournent autour parce qu’il y a plein de gobelets avec des cocktails. L’eau des piscine était bien, mais pas assez rafraîchissante, car il faisait très chaud. Les horaires du restaurant de nuit de deux heures à 6h du matin, mais t’es tout le temps fermé.
