!The room is getting too much noise from upper floors, cleaning and vacuuming after 10 pm often. AC is not easy to control. Either too cold or auto on and off. Some VIP team were too slow to respond and often lacking info. Some restaurants were pretty bad too.

✓Location was amazing, 30 mins max in a private transfer, the hotel grounds are huge and in 10 days we didn’t need to leave the hotel. Atmosphere is so relaxed and chilled, and most of the guests are on the same wave level. We stayed in Deluxe room 2 adults and 2 kids, 11+8, what a room and it was so so spacious with an absolutely massive balcony. You pay for what you get, and it’s a 5 star hotel, but I’m happy with what we payed. The hotel is spotless, and the staff work tirelessly to keep it clean We had no issues with unwanted noise, it’s so spacious, you’d find it difficult to have much noise. Most staff will go out their way to help you the best they can, but at times in bars, you do need to ask for drinks rather than them coming to you. Guest relations are very helpful and are always happy to help, even if your due to go, they will respond very quickly to any questions. Whilst there we had a few questions and they were very helpful. Lastly the pool cabana’s, these are so worth the money and the staff (most of) are so great in helping, I have to give a special thank you to the guys in the picture below, they go beyond to help and make your day the most relaxed day possible especially the guy who I’ve highlighted, he made our holiday. He was great with the kids drink and always went out his way to help us. Tip wise, I’d go for 200 lira (£4) approximately, but they really don’t expect but they really do appreciate it, I was more than happy to give a few here and there with the great service we always had.
