!During our first morning, we were delayed for a long time because the hotel staff could not find that our booking included breakfast. We were initially denied access to breakfast, and only after a lengthy process involving both the hotel staff and Booking.com—whom I had to contact myself—did they confirm that breakfast was included. However, even after we were allowed into the restaurant, a staff member came to us again and claimed that the payment shown on the booking was for an extra bed for my son rather than breakfast, which was incorrect. We had to leave the restaurant once more, return to reception, and contact Booking.com again. After another long delay, the hotel finally confirmed that breakfast was indeed included. This entire experience was frustrating, time-consuming, and far from the level of professionalism expected from a 4-star hotel. The breakfast itself was also disappointing. We found a hair in the food, which raised concerns about hygiene. Additionally, while boiled eggs and some fried egg options were included in the breakfast buffet, guests were required to pay an extra charge if they wanted a freshly prepared sunny-side-up egg. This was unexpected and felt unreasonable, especially for a hotel advertised as having a 4-star standard with breakfast included. In addition, the towels provided in our room were old, stained, and yellowish in color. I had to request a replacement, which was disappointing and not what I would expect from a hotel of this standard. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and attention to detail did not meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel. Based on our experience, I question whether the hotel’s rating accurately reflects the quality of service and facilities provided.

!They donoy clean the floor of the room unless I asked them. Some of the receptionist ( a Lady i don't know her name) was tough and rough -not generous on providing the coffee sachets and tissues in the room .provide one or 2 sachets
