Location, specious room, the value and full of life place.
There was no electric kettle and when I ask that reception guy, he said we don’t have electric kettle and on another shift I asked another reception guy he told me I will provide it to you as soon as possible and it talks most of my accommodation period to provide me this kettle. And room light - balcony
