✓The staff was super friendly.

!The taxi cannot reach the hotel entrance, which was a major inconvenience. I was travelling with my mother, who cannot walk long distances, so this created a real problem for us. Interestingly, the Peninsula Hotel next door allows cars to drop guests directly at the entrance, but our hotel does not. The hotel also has no indoor lounge or sitting area. Other than our room, the only place to sit was the terrace, which is not air-conditioned and is in direct sunlight all day. It simply wasn’t an option for my mother to relax there. The breakfast was extremely disappointing. The omelette tasted as though it had been cooked in old oil, the cheese was served on the same plate as the meat, leaving it smelling and tasting like dried meat, there was no proper selection of fresh fruit, and the overall quality was poor. Having breakfast on a hot, non-air-conditioned terrace in July ..made the experience even worse. Considering that Turkey is famous for its wonderful breakfasts, this was especially disappointing!.

✓Great stay, as always! Repeated satisfied customer, nice and professional staff (Mustafa was very hepfull on our checkout time very early in the morning), great location and view from the rooftop terrace! Thank you and see you next time!
