!بصراحة، تجربتنا مع بعض الموظفين لم تكن بالمستوى المتوقع من فندق راقٍ. وأحب أوضح أن هذا الكلام لا يشمل الجميع، فالموظفة المغربية كانت في غاية اللطف والتعاون وحسن التعامل، وكذلك الشباب في قسم الكونسيرج كانوا محترمين وخدومين جداً. لكن للأسف، بعض الموظفين الآخرين كان أسلوبهم سيئاً وغير مهني، وخصوصاً أثناء وجبة الإفطار، حيث لم يكن التعامل لائقاً بمستوى الفندق. أتمنى من الإدارة الاهتمام بهذه الملاحظات والعمل على تحسين جودة الخدمة وطريقة التعامل مع النزلاء Unfortunately, our experience with some of the staff did not meet the standards expected from a luxury hotel. However, I would like to emphasize that this does not apply to everyone. The Moroccan lady was extremely kind, helpful, and professional, and the gentlemen at the concierge were also very friendly and supportive. Unfortunately, a few other staff members were quite rude and unprofessional, particularly during breakfast, where the service and attitude were very disappointing. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the overall guest experience.

!Nothing. They did not offer me a good rate when I wanted to extend so I had to book another hotel for thr next 3 days.
