- Cleanliness: Multiple reviews explicitly praise cleanliness ("extraordinary clean", "clean and well-maintained", "quartos limpos", "cleaned and helpful staff"); occasional generic comments, but overall positive.
- Service: Staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and professional (mentions of reception, supportive manager, excellent staff, early check-in accommodated), so service sentiment is strongly positive.
- Location: Location is consistently highlighted as excellent/central in Nişantaşı and perfect for shopping across many reviews; this is one of the strongest positives.
- Room Quality: Mixed-to-negative comments about rooms: old furniture, uncomfortable pillows, small/cramped bathrooms, bad views, some need renovation and noise issues; several specific complaints lower this score.
- Amenities: Noted lack of basic amenities unless requested (toothbrush, iron), limited TV channels, no kids area when families present — overall amenities are viewed as lacking in places.
- Value for Money: Explicit complaint about price being too high for the offering and comparisons to nearby hotels; value perception is negative in some reviews.
- Food and Beverage: Sparse mentions: breakfast described as great by one, but room service food handling criticized (delivered open); overall slightly positive but mixed.
- Overall Experience: Overall experience is mixed: many guests report pleasant/extraordinary stays praising service and location, but some report significant negatives (noise, everything wrong for one reviewer), leading to a slight negative overall balance.
Watch out for: Room quality: old furniture, uncomfortable pillows, need for renovation · Small/cramped bathrooms and occasional odors · Value for money concerns / high price · Missing basic amenities unless requested (toothbrush, iron) · Noise from busy area / street · Limited TV channel variety; food delivery packaging issues

Great location, great hotel, wonderful staff.
Be careful not to accept the promotion booking.com offers regarding taxi, it doesnt honor the promotion. It told me you had to book at least three days in advance and my logic of the promotion was offered according to the dates I entered fell to deaf ears.
