Extremely unprofessional management staff. Check in took them time despite being way past official time. Room were not cleaned until 17:30 and no compensation was made . When I escalated this to management they offered nothing . Ceyda Noyan is their manager and frankly seems like she does not know her job. Shame this happens at a st regis institution. Deserves better staff than this .
