Negatieve Bewertung für dieses Hotel Verschwenden Sie Ihre Zeit, Ihre Nerven und Ihr Geld nicht in diesem Hotel! Der Service und das Verhalten des Personals waren wirklich schlecht. Es war überhaupt nicht sauber. Das Zimmer war winzig, und der Flur war so eng, dass man kaum durchgehen konnte – es wirkte wie eine Höhle. Sauberkeit war ein Fremdwort. Ich bin für eine Zahnimplantat-Behandlung eingereist. In einer Nacht blutete es während des Schlafens, und obwohl ich extra ein Handtuch über das Kissen gelegt hatte, ist etwas Blut durch das Handtuch auf den Kissenbezug gelangt. Das Personal hat sehr unangemessen und unfreundlich reagiert, Fotos gemacht und verlangt, dass ich 1.500 TL Schadenersatz zahle! Ich habe das verweigert. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Manager haben sie mir schließlich 500 TL abverlangt. Der Preis war dieses Hotel absolut nicht wert, und es ohne Frühstück zu buchen, war ein absoluter Fehler.
The location and the price is the best ever I considered, you can travel to Istanbul Airport or to Sabiha Gocken easily with public transport no need a bus, you saved a lot of money by booking this hotel.
