- Cleanliness: Reviews frequently praise cleanliness (e.g., 'pulizia impeccabile', 'very clean'); occasional notes that rooms looked a bit old but overall clean.
- Service: Staff repeatedly described as very friendly and helpful (named staff: Hussein, Ahmet); early check-in assistance and honest, attentive service reported.
- Location: Location is consistently highlighted as excellent — steps from the metro (Şişhane), close to Taksim, Galata Tower, bars/restaurants and public transport.
- Room Quality: Multiple complaints about small rooms and bathrooms, unconventional sink placement (in-room), low toilet, shower flooding/poor drainage and some rooms feeling old; one guest left due to bed configuration issues.
- Amenities: Mixed to negative: some guests note fast Wi‑Fi, but several report missing basics (toothbrush, shower towels) and bathroom drainage problems—amenities are limited.
- Value for Money: Strong positive sentiment on value ('amazing value for price', 'Qualità prezzo imbattibile'); many guests recommend the hotel for affordable central stays.
- Food and Beverage: Food and beverage not discussed in the reviews; assigned target overall rating.
- Overall Experience: Overall impression is positive due to location and staff, despite recurring issues with room size and some amenities; many guests would recommend or return.
Watch out for: Small rooms and bathrooms; sink sometimes in room · Missing basic toiletries/towels in some cases · Shower drainage/flooding issues and low toilet in some bathrooms · Noise on the main street for certain rooms · Bed configuration issues (no twin beds sometimes); at least one guest lost reservation money

Amazing view of the top floor room. We spend absolutely 2 beautiful nights here and will definitely come back. Very central, minutes working to all conveniences
The hotel is at a top location, very close to Galata tower. It has nice atmosphere and the room was clean. The staff were very welcoming and helpful! Thank you, guys! The hotel cat was sooo cute!
Few things I didn’t like: - the hotel is on a main street which was very noisy in the night hours - the bathroom was very small and toilet is placed to low on the wall. The water is leaking out of the shower. - the towels smelled very heave like bleach and I didn’t like that. Otherwise, everything was fine! I would recommend this hotel.
Overall everything especially the location and special thanks to the staff (azad, huseyin and onur) for their kindness and helpfullness
Not clean enough
