The room was clean and tidy, and communication with the staff was outstanding. They were extremely helpful and welcoming, especially considering that I checked in very late at night and checked out very early in the morning. The hotel is located in the historic center of Istanbul, with all major landmarks, restaurants and shops just a short walk away.
I have nothing worth mentioning as a negative point
В первую очередь очень понравился персонал. Гостеприимный, более точно нельзя определить. Приехали рано в 7 утра, а по бронированию заезд с 14.00. Но нас заселили сразу, предложили завтрак, хотя было еще рано. Ощущение, словно приехали к близким родственникам. Отель уютный, меняли белье и все принадлежности через день начиная с тапочек и так далее. Расположение отеля более чем великолепное-в 5 мин ходьбы от Айя София. В каждый приезд буду останавливаться здесь. Спасибо!!!❤️
