The Hera Premium Hotels

✓The rooms are very large and spacious, which was a really pleasant surprise. However, I believe the hotel is long overdue for a major renovation. The furniture is in poor condition, with some pieces falling apart and legs coming off. The room also had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. When we arrived home, even my husband asked, “Have you been smoking?” as all of our belongings, including our clothes, had absorbed the unpleasant smell. On a positive note, the staff were absolutely wonderful, very friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. I have nothing but praise for their service. Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel itself really needs to be addressed. With such spacious rooms and excellent staff, the hotel has great potential, but it urgently needs refurbishment, better maintenance, and improved cleanliness to provide guests with the comfortable and pleasant experience they deserve.
