Het personeel stond echt voor ons klaar. Ze wilden ons graag met alles helpen. De kamer was erg stijlvol aahgekleed in Ottomaanse stijl. Erg leuk gedaan. Het ontbijt was prima, maar wel elke dag exact hetzelfde. Als we langer waren gebleven, dan waren we ergens anders gaan ontbijten.
1. We hadden een kamer met uitzicht over zee en een zitbank gereserveerd bij The First Ottoman Suites. We werden naar een kamer gebracht met uitzicht op de pizzeria aan de overkant en een tafel met vier krukjes bij The First Ottonman 'Dream'. Dat was blijkbaar van dezelfde eigenaar. Dit was erg jammer. Juist dat bankje was de reden om hier te boeken. Omdat we midden in de nacht aankwamen hebben we er geen punt van gemaakt. We wilden vooral naar bed. Dat bed was prima, al was het dekbed wel een beetje smal. We hebben overwogen hier de volgende dag op terug te komen. Ook dat hebben we niet gedaan. Ons verblijf was maar kort en dan is verkassen ook irritant. 2. Klinkt stom, maar: de voorraad toiletpapier. Er werd pas een nieuwe rol verstrekt als het papier echt op was. Het is fijner als er gewoon altijd een extra rolletje ligt. We hadden hier natuurlijk om kunnen vragen. Dan was het absoluut opgelost geweest. Dat hebben we niet gedaan.
Das Personal ist einfach nur schlecht und unfreundlich. Es wurde im Vorfeld via booking geschrieben ob ein Flughafen Transfer gewünscht ist, dem habe ich zugestimmt und dann wurde nicht mehr geantwortet. Am Flughafen war am Ende niemand der uns abgeholt hat. Spät abends im Hotel angekommen, gab es für den gebuchten (und bestätigten) Zeitraum kein Zimmer mehr für uns. Sondern nur noch für eine Nacht. Das mussten wir dann auch vor Ort bezahlen und nicht über booking. Das Zimmer auf booking wurde dann storniert und wir mussten uns vor Ort ein neues Hotel suchen. Das alles in einem sehr unfreundlichen und ungemütlichen Szenario. Ich würde das Hotel auf gar keinen Fall empfehlen.
