In a great location, the room was very nice, staff very helpful...
The location was perfect. Excellent bakery close to hotel. Metro or funicular close by. Shops close by. Istiklal street walking distance. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The transfer was very conveniently organized by the hotel.
1 day we had no water, they fixed it the next day. We asked for more clean towels, and they had none. Proper coffee/tea cups would be great. 1 x day the lift did not work and we had to carry our suitcases from the top floor.
