I had an excellent stay at The Craton Hotel Şişli. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and professional throughout my visit. I would like to give special recognition to Ms. Gülizar from the housekeeping team. She did an outstanding job keeping my room spotless every day. Her attention to detail, kindness, and professionalism made my stay even more enjoyable. I also greatly appreciated the hotel's generous gesture of offering me a complimentary breakfast, even though my reservation did not include breakfast. This thoughtful hospitality was truly appreciated and reflects the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay a wonderful experience. I highly recommend The Craton Hotel Şişli and look forward to staying here again.
