5 yıldızlı bir otelde otopark olmaması ya da otopark hizmeti için aracımızı otel önünde bırakıp eşyalarımızı indirdiğimizde 650 TL ücret istemesi hayal kırıklığı oldu. Resepsiyondaki arkadaşın biz de sizin için ödüyoruz dediği inandırıcı gelmedi. Tüm ücretin müşteriden alınması gerçekten üzücü.
