✓La habitacion era muy amplia y cómoda, con sofa y escritorio y vistas con el castillo a lo lejos. Muy buen desayuno tipo bufet aunque la sala queda un poco pequeña si el hotel está lleno.

!La piscina interior no estaba muy limpia o cuidada a pesar de ser un hotel nuevo. Nos vendieron un tour a la isla de Akdamar, pero se canceló media hora antes de la salida. Además, parece que hay que tener cuidado con esos tours, que algunos son mas bien de fiesta y visitan los monumentos solo de fuera.

!Dear Booking.com Customer Service, We booked [Hotel Name] for two nights but left after the first night because of serious problems at the property. A Booking.com representative confirmed that the unused second night could be refunded if the hotel approved the change. However, despite Booking.com having no objection, the hotel refused to authorize the refund. Throughout our stay, the Wi-Fi was completely unavailable, despite repeated attempts by the staff to fix it. We were also trapped in the hotel elevator for approximately 15 minutes. My wife suffered a panic attack, while the reception staff responded dismissively and simply told us not to worry because someone would eventually get us out. The service, safety, and professionalism of the staff fell far below the standards expected from a five-star hotel. Since we left early because of these significant failures and did not use the second night, I ask Booking.com to intervene and arrange a full refund for that night.
