- Cleanliness: Mixed reports: several guests praised very clean, modern rooms and daily cleaning, but others reported dusty/dirty rooms and inconsistent housekeeping (missing towels, cleaning could be more careful).
- Service: Generally very positive: multiple mentions of friendly, helpful staff (Bilal, Büsra, owner); a few negative notes about reception pressuring for reviews and a price increase on extension.
- Location: Consistently praised as central and convenient for sights, ferries and local transport; many reviewers highlight the excellent location.
- Room Quality: Mixed: some rooms described as modern, spacious and stylish while others were noted as small or lacking comfort and with minor faults (e.g., shower head, provisional AC fixes).
- Amenities: Multiple tangible problems reported: lift defect, missing towels, shower head needing repair, AC temporarily fixed with tape, thin doors/windows causing noise issues and an evening power outage — significant negative impact on amenities.
- Value for Money: Mostly positive comments about good value and price-quality relation, though one complaint about prices doubling on extension reduced the score slightly.
- Food and Beverage: Standard quality for this hotel tier (not mentioned in reviews).
- Overall Experience: Overall positive impression for many guests (recommendations, guests saying they'd return), tempered by noise, occasional cleanliness and amenity issues.
Watch out for: Inconsistent cleanliness in some rooms (dusty/dirty reports; missing towels) · Significant amenities issues (lift defect, shower head/AC problems, power outage) · Night-time street noise and thin interior insulation · Price hike on extension and occasional receptionist pressure for positive review
