We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean, and the in-room amenities were replenished daily. Special thanks to Chinar and Kadir, who were extremely helpful throughout our stay. The location is very convenient, with easy access to the metro, trams, and taxis. The reception staff are knowledgeable, professional, and speak English, Russian, and even some Arabic. I was initially concerned after reading reviews claiming that the hotel keeps guests’ passports until checkout, but this was not the case at all. Our passports were returned immediately. Breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options and menu changed almost every day. There was a weighing scale in the lobby, which was very convenient. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely love to stay here again.
