I had a good experience during my stay! The room was quite small but very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. The location is perfect — close to Galata Tower where anre plenty of restaurants, shops, and public transport, yet very quiet and relaxing.
The pillows were quite hard, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. Also, the towels did not absorb water well, which was a bit inconvenient after showering.
