- Cleanliness: Generally praised (very clean pool, tidy grounds), but one review reported inconsistent apartment cleaning (occasional superficial tidy only), so slightly lowered.
- Service: Repeatedly described as very friendly, helpful and accommodating (assisted with luggage, flexible with check-in issues); strong positive sentiment.
- Location: Excellent location noted: quiet yet close to Çalış/Calis beach (7–10 minutes walk), near bus stop and supermarkets; convenient dolmuş connections to Fethiye centre.
- Room Quality: Rooms described as comfortable, cozy and spacious with appreciated balconies and pool views; overall positive room impressions.
- Amenities: Lovely, well-maintained pool and garden highlighted; free on-street parking available and pleasant communal areas.
- Value for Money: Explicitly called excellent price-quality; guests considered the stay good value given service, location and facilities.
- Food and Beverage: Breakfast buffet described as succinct but good value; some guests used a partner café for subsequent breakfasts — positive but modest for F&B.
- Overall Experience: Consistently described as a pleasant, restful stay with friendly staff, nice grounds and good location; recommended by multiple guests.
Watch out for: Inconsistent apartment cleaning reported by one guest · Breakfast buffet described as basic/succinct · A taxi/transport may be needed to reach old town

Тихое место, недалеко от пляжа. Жили в номере с террасой 3-й этаж без лифта, но для нас это не проблема. Завтрак не брали, готовили сами. Все было отлично. Хорошее соотношение цена-качество.Спасибо!
