✓فندق ومنتجع جميل جدا من حيث الموقع والخدمات، يوجد به حمامين للسباحه واحد مغلق والآخر مفتوح، كما يوفر منطقه ألعاب للأطفال ومنطقه لممارسة الألعاب للكبار ، الإفطار متنوع وتوجد به عدة أماكن للجلوس والاسترخاء، مستوي النظافه عالي جدا جميع الموظفين ودودين ولطفاء ويتمتعون بدرجة عاليه من الاحتراف في اللباقه والتعامل، يتوفر مواقف للسيارات مجانا،افضل مكان للاسترخاء والراحة والهدوء كانت تجربة ممتازة جدا سوف اكررها مستقبلا وانصح بتجربتها،

✓Some of the staff are really great.

!There was no separation between the pools for the children (and specifically INFANTS) and adults. The staff at spa and pool were indifferent to serving, welcoming and showing the guests the facilities. Also, some staff were unfamiliar with the facilities. Furthermore, some staff at the peoples restaurant were very cold in dealing with the guests specifically those who are from other countries. The food served, in what is supposed to be a 5 star hotel, is of a medium quality. The reception do not consider the age of the gusts when they allocate rooms. We, I and my wife who are of an advanced age, where given a room furthest away from the elevator and with a turabl view and had some bugs issues.
