This is a hotel for people who had work done and you are surrounded by people with bandages and bruises. Staff not friendly. Wouldn’t never be back
The reception staff were helpful and understanding. Hotel was very close to the metro so it was easy to get into the city and to and from the airport
Property was a little run down as things in the room broke easily. Hung a towel on the hook on the back of the bathroom door and it broke off. One night it rained a lot and the seal around the window broke water came pouring in at 5am and woke us up. Staff were very accomodating and helped us move rooms the next morning
The staff members Ary and Chynara were super friendly. Breakfast was amazing, with an extensive variety of options to choose from. There was something for everyone, including a wide selection of fresh, delicious, and well-prepared dishes. The quality and variety of the food made breakfast a wonderful experience and a perfect start to the day.
Dinner was served as a fixed menu for most of our stay, which meant there was limited variety and flexibility in choosing dishes. While the breakfast was excellent, we would have appreciated more options and variety for dinner, especially during a longer stay.
