Taksim Rain Suite

✓The area around Taksim Square & how the majority of locals made us feel welcome.

!We arranged a check in time between 21-00-22-00 and we was still stood on the street at 22.45pm with the host not answering his phone and no on arrival reception. A neighbouring hotel had to make contact with them to say you had waiting guests outside the property. Eventually when entering the building and being shown to our room there was a horrendous smell of drains coming from the bathroom so there was a unknown situation developing, what would of happened when we have a shower or use the toilet. So we declined our stay, and furthermore we've been accused of offending the proprietor - what about our health breathing in such odours for our 3 day stay?? Also the balcony doors were wide open, so that sets off the alarm bells!! Declined a refund, because we OFFENDED HIM - We are happy for you to keep it and put it towards your maintenance costs, so nobody else has to witness this!! 👍

✓Location to Taksim Square, food outlets and shops was great. Salih was a friendly and helpful host.

!Cigarette smoke from outside could be smelt sometimes, but not a major issue.
