Terrible experience – never again! Unfortunately, this was the worst start to our holiday in Istanbul. We arrived late in the evening with our 9-year-old daughter and found a dirty room with a strong unpleasant smell. The worst part was that our daughter’s bed wasn’t prepared, and there was no bed linen. We contacted the property around 10:30 p.m., but received no proper assistance. After waiting for hours, we had no choice but to leave and find another hotel in the middle of the night. We never even stayed overnight. An extremely stressful and disappointing experience. I honestly don’t understand the positive reviews. Definitely not recommended, especially for families with children.
Absolutely nothing. The room was extremely dirty, desperately in need of renovation, and had a very unpleasant smell.
I had a very good stay and found it to be excellent value for money. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the location was excellent, making it easy to get around. The hospitality of Vedat was outstanding. He is a very kind, helpful, and trustworthy person who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay in a great location at a reasonable price.
