Lovely stuff, great location
It needs renovation. The plumbing is in really bad shape. The fridge in the room was broken
Breakfast was alright, but it didn't make up for my experience with the manager.
I have just checked into the property and there is a serious issue with the accommodation. The room I received is materially different from what was advertised. It is extremely small compared with the listing, there is a strong unpleasant smell, and the room does not reasonably match what I booked. I immediately raised this with the property, but the receptionist and manager were very, very uncooperative. The manager called me a “freaky liar” and the sarcastically asked me if I knew how to speak like an adult (!!!?) It was already a long day, and I was with 2 women over 50, one is diabetic. They refused both an appropriate room change and a refund. I couldn’t stay neither leave. After 2 hours of yelling, I was at last forced to switch to a single room with 3 beds and electricity I suspect they cut off at night. I had originally booked 2 separate rooms. Other guests were booked the same room into our stay and also had the same problems as us during check-in. I need Booking.com to intervene immediately.
The staff .
Everything needs maintenance. The air condition is very bad. The mini bar is either not working or the electricity is out from it every time i leave the room , the ouder of the corridors and room was very bad near to a smell of fungal affection of the walls, the room was very small. I had a very bad experience and time.
