!I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this hotel. When I arrived, the receptionist informed me that my reserved room had been given to someone else and that I could not stay in the room I had booked. Instead, I was asked to go to another hotel, despite having a confirmed reservation. To make matters worse, I was asked to cancel my booking myself without being offered a refund. I contacted the booking management and requested a full refund because the hotel had failed to provide the accommodation I had paid for, but my request was refused. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. The hotel should take responsibility for its mistake instead of putting the burden on the customer. I should not be forced to cancel my own reservation and lose my money because the hotel gave my room to someone else. I paid for a service that was never provided, yet I was denied a refund. I am extremely dissatisfied with the way this situation was handled. I strongly advise future guests to be cautious when booking this hotel, as my experience was extremely disappointing and unfair.
