!The water was not there for 2 days I stay no shower room dirty very very very bad place

✓Front desk staffs were great, friendly and supportive. Mohammad at the front desk went above and beyond to help us.

!Cleanliness of the room. The room was clean however I have high expectations. Also stairs to the fifth floor!

✓Good location, facilities meets bare minimum and was quite unhygienic.

!3 night stay- myself and brother had ignored most of the glaring hazards including live dangerous plugs, mouldy furniture clearly taken from dump, a fridge and freezer that defrosts everytime you leave, total lack of any useful utensils in the kitchen including mugs or bowls, with every floor and surface left dirty. Landed to a message that our room might be unavailable and to “be patient”- received no clarity other than being told to come to the location- fine. On the last night the balcony flooded the floor through the door as the drains were not maintained. Luckily nothing was damaged but we asked about getting a one night refund for the hassle. We asked in person and the owners agreed- But when put through booking.com, they refused. We then went back- they suggested offering a taxi or a free night stay both of which were no good, then said they would also contact booking.com to suggest the refund- this never happened. And when I messaged them here, they started lying and saying we agreed on 1 free night. The older gentlemen seemed sincere, however the two younger men who I presume are his sons were rude and two-faced. We were lucky to get it at a massive discount cos full price this is an absolute rip off- stereotypical Turkish experience unfortunately.
