⭐ Extremely Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend Our experience at Swans Hotel was absolutely terrible. Although the hotel itself was neat and clean, the location is extremely poor. The surrounding area felt dingy and unsafe, and we even struggled to find taxi drivers willing to pick us up from or drop us off at the hotel. Unfortunately, the owner and staff were extremely unhelpful, and the owner’s attitude towards us was particularly rude and unprofessional. We felt so uncomfortable that we decided to leave after staying for just one night. To make matters worse, the owner wanted to throw our luggage out of the reception area and refused to give us a refund. A hotel should provide guests with a safe, welcoming, and comfortable experience, but unfortunately, this was far from what we experienced. The poor service, unacceptable attitude, and lack of professionalism made our stay extremely unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel, mainly because of its location and the way we were treated by the owner. Please do your research carefully before booking. A very disappointing experience overall.
