✓We had a fantastic stay at Sur Cave Hotel, but what really made our experience exceptional was our host, Hikmet. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. He genuinely went above and beyond for us throughout our stay. Hikmet helped us arrange tours and activities at very good prices and was always happy to give us advice. He even personally drove us into the city in his own car, which was an incredibly kind gesture. Our flight home was extremely late, and he also allowed us to have a late check-out, which made our final day so much easier. The rest of the staff were also friendly and helpful. The WiFi was very good, and we loved the garden where guests can pick and enjoy fresh fruit. The hotel itself has lots of character and gives you a genuine cave-hotel experience. A huge thank you to Hikmet in particular – his hospitality was outstanding and he really made us feel looked after. He is a credit to the hotel and one of the main reasons we would recommend staying here.

!There was very little we disliked about our stay. The breakfast could be improved with a little more variety and choice. As this is a cave hotel, we completely understand that ventilation can be more challenging, but our larger room would have benefited from an extractor or ventilation fan in the bathroom. These were relatively minor points and did not take away from the excellent hospitality we received.
