✓I recently travelled here as part of a group of four for a relaxing 5 night stay. Initially, everything seemed fine. The hotel is well laid out and the staff were very friendly. However, on the first night we found a cockroach in our room. We raised this with staff, who promptly came and cleaned the room. Unfortunately, on the second night we saw more cockroaches and complained to the front desk. They initially offered to clean the room again, but after the first clean had been unsuccessful, we requested to move rooms. They relocated us free of charge, which we appreciated. I hope the hotel takes this issue seriously and addresses the cockroach problem in the villa we stayed in, so future guests do not have the same experience. Overall, the vibe and atmosphere were welcoming and pleasant. That said, on the last night I suffered from food poisoning, which made the journey home a nightmare. I would advise being careful when choosing what to eat. Aside from the cockroaches and the food poisoning, the bar staff, hotel staff, and cleaners were all lovely and could not be faulted.

✓Everything was brilliant! Couldn’t fault the staff. The meals were very nice, could always find something to eat. The rooms are clean and nicely put together. It has a great atmosphere, especially in the evening with live music.
