!Very Disappointing Experience – Serious Food Poisoning and Poor Service Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel in Ölüdeniz ended up being a very disappointing and distressing experience. Firstly, during the rainy days of our holiday, the hotel staff made absolutely no effort to dry the tables and chairs in the outdoor areas. Whenever we went to the pool bar in the evening, the furniture was still soaking wet. We had to find napkins or towels ourselves just to wipe down the chairs so we could sit. This is basic customer service, and I would expect hotel staff to take care of such simple things rather than leaving guests to do it themselves. However, the most serious and upsetting part of my experience was that I suffered from severe food poisoning on the last day of my holiday. After returning home to Dublin, my condition was so bad that I ended up in hospital, where I was diagnosed with food poisoning. For six days, I suffered from excruciating stomach pains, severe vomiting, fever, and extreme weakness. I was completely exhausted and unable to carry out my normal daily activities. As a result, I was also unable to go to work and had to take time off to recover. What was supposed to be a relaxing and enjoyable holiday turned into an extremely painful and stressful experience, with consequences that continued long after I had returned home. No guest should have to return from their holiday in such a terrible condition and end up in hospital. This experience completely ruined the end of my holiday and left me with very unpleasant memories. I am extremely disappointed, particularly given the seriousness of what happened to my health. I sincerely hope that the hotel management takes food hygiene, safety standards, and guest well-being seriously and investigates these concerns to ensure that other guests do not have to go through a similar experience. Unfortunately, based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

!Food was shocking, luckily we only stayed one night.
