Hotel com apartamentos amplos, boa cama, bom chuveiro, fácil estacionamento e atendimento correto, pessoal gentil e procuram ajudar.
O apartamento tem iluminação muito ruim (meu quarto não tinha abajur mas em outros quartos tem). A internet no hotel é bem fraca e de difícil conexão e pede número do passaporte a cada vez que é conectada. A arquitetura do hotel tem estilo oriental de gosto duvidoso e o hotel em geral mostra ter certa "idade". O café da manhã é farto mas com gastronomia turca, sem alguns itens que um hospede ocidental está acostumado, por exemplo: não tem sucos, só tem uma opção de fruta e não tem ovos mexidos.
Un très bel hôtel que je recommande sans hésiter. Les chambres sont propres, confortables et le rapport qualité-prix est vraiment imbattable. Mais ce qui fait toute la différence pour moi, c’est surtout le contact humain. Le directeur et toute l’équipe sont présents, à l’écoute et font réellement leur maximum pour que nous soyons satisfaits. On se sent considérés, et c’est quelque chose qui compte énormément. Un grand merci à Ismet Bey et à toute l’équipe pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
