The manager went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed.
Die Lage ist perfekt. Ruhig und trotzdem nah zu unzähligen Restaurants, Cafés und Bars. Die Tram in der Altstadt erreicht man in 3 Minuten. Das Hotel hat eine Abholung am Flughafen organisiert. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie sprechen alle sehr gut English. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Das Frühstücksbuffet im "Partnerhotel" Root fanden wir durchschnittlich. Allerdings ist der Aussicht zur Altstadt und Bosporus fantastisch.
Très bien situé, dans un quartier de ruelles où une infinité de bistrots, resto, terrasses sont animés tard dans la nuit avec musiques et belle humeur. A 3 minutes du plus fabuleux hammam d’Istanbul. Un accueil souriant 😃 et disponible . Petit déjeuner énorme sur un roof top qui offre une vue magnifique. Bref plein de bel choses sur ce lieu.
