just the breakfast was not bad.
I booked this for my girlfriend, and it was a complete nightmare. Upon arrival, the bathroom was filthy with urine stains everywhere and zero toilet paper. She immediately complained, and the staff promised to send housekeeping. After waiting an hour and being lied to in the hallway ("we are on our way"), absolutely no one came. By 1:00 AM, my girlfriend had to clean their urine-stained toilet herself just to use it. Disgusting hygiene and completely incompetent staff. This was my worst Booking.com experience. I will NEVER book here again!
