Overall, the hotel has great potential, especially thanks to its location, fantastic pool, water slides and entertainment. However, we feel that significant improvements are needed in terms of cleanliness, room maintenance, food variety and staff attitude for the experience to truly live up to the standards expected from a 4-star hotel.

!A 4-star hotel with both positives and negatives Unfortunately, our experience at SL La Perla Hotel did not quite meet our expectations. We arrived with fairly high expectations, but several aspects of our stay left us disappointed. First of all, the cleanliness of the room was not up to standard. The air conditioning also had a problem and was leaking water onto the walls, which was quite unpleasant and something that should definitely be checked and fixed. Another weak point was the food. We found it rather disappointing and not very varied. At times, the choice was quite limited and there simply wasn’t much to choose from, especially for a 4-star hotel. The experience with the staff was also inconsistent. Some members of the staff were kind, friendly and attentive, but unfortunately not everyone was, which made the overall experience somewhat uneven.
