У нас была ночная пересадка и мы остановились на ночевку в отеле. Выбор пал на этот отель, потому что он действительно близко расположен от аэропорта. А во вторых, потому что в нем есть круглосуточный ресепшен. Прилет у нас был поздний, вылет ранний и наличие круглосуточного ресепшена - очень удобная опция. Персонал очень приветливый, готовый помочь с любым вопросом. Кроме того, нам дали огромный номер с двумя комнатами - спальней и гостиной. Что тоже было неожиданно приятно.
В ванной комнате не работало освещение. Исправить ситуацию оперативно не удалось. Но мы это пережили. Так как речь шла об одной ночи.
Приветливый, вежливый персонал. На все вопросы ответили, оказали помощь в информировании, помогли сэкономить - нас пятеро, трое детей.
