All staff very kind and helpful , the rooms very clean , breakfast nice . Good place and more facilities near from hotel. A/C in some room need to improve Others A/C room was good.
Overall, we had a very good stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. A special thank you to Meryem, the Tunisian staff member, who was exceptionally kind, warm and hospitable and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was excellent, with a large buffet, plenty of variety and good-quality food. The breakfast terrace is also beautiful and has a wonderful view, which made the mornings especially enjoyable. Apart from the issue with the room, we were very satisfied with the hotel and especially with the service.
The room was quite small, and unfortunately there was an unpleasant smell in the room that seemed to come from the bathroom or drainage. This is something the hotel should definitely investigate and fix, as otherwise our experience was very good.
