✓Very friendly and helpful staff, available at any time. Early check-in was possible, as well as luggage storage on the day of check-out. Upon my arrival, the administrator upgraded my room free of charge. The room was cleaned every day, with fresh towels and complimentary bottles of drinking water provided daily. The hotel is conveniently located close to a metro line, only five stops from the historical city center. The lighting and power sockets were conveniently placed, and there was enough furniture and storage space for all my belongings during a seven-day stay.

!There was some mold in the corners of the shower. It looked relatively easy to remove, but unfortunately, the staff didn't clean it, and the shower area did not look tidy. The furniture and wall coverings are not new, but they are in satisfactory condition. The street can be quite noisy, although this is fairly typical for Istanbul. The sound insulation between the rooms is also rather poor, so guests arriving or leaving very early in the morning or late at night may wake you up.
