Worth the price but you do need make some efforts to make use of all facilities, staff won't hold your hand at spa etc. Staff were helpful and willing to help. Great simming pool area. Sauna nice and hot, bring your own towel. Room big and aircon works well
Some things I had to work for: building wide Wifi. Room could have been a little cleaner, some previous ladies hair, but okay surfaces were cleaned. Kitchen should have a bigger frying pan. Bare in mind you need to bring your own dishwasher tablets and washing detergent for clothes. But otherwise, still worth the price, just lower your expectation to be fully serviced, but this is basically normal for an aparthotel.
Понравился в целом комплекс, большой бассейн, недалеко от моря, рядом есть магазин, макдональс. Апартаменты были большие, просторные.
Очень сильно портит впечатление отсутствие персонала на стойке регистрации. Никто нас не встречал, никто не писал и не сообщал как найти свои апартаменты. Пришлось потратить полтора часа на заселение , искать по всем этажам хоть кого-то кто мог помочь . Ещё учтите что отсюда очень тяжело вызвать такси
В данном объекте размещения работают не добросовестные люди. Прибыла в отель с ребёнком вечером , на ресепшен сотрудников нет, тел контактный не отвечает. Прождали 30 минут с уставшим ребёнком хоть какого - либо сотрудника. Далее , по какому - то новому регламенту , с меня потребовали 100 евро залога за якобы испорченные или сломанные при выселении вещи и бытовые приборы. Указанные деньги должны были быть возвращены при выселении. Но как я уже написала практика в указанном объекте размещения сотрудников на ресепшен нет. Чат бот помощи , который работает в отеле, отвечал стандартные автоматические ответы. Письмо на букинг так же было оставлено без ответа. Поскольку меня ждало такси, я не могла искать людей , которые должны во время чекаута как минимум в зоне ресепшен. На сообщения мне не отвечают , денежки наверное поделили. Турецкое гостеприимство во всей красе !
