What did guests like the most
Categories
Show detailsHide details
- Cleanliness: Multiple reviewers report very poor cleanliness: strong unpleasant smells, stained beds, dirty bathrooms and general filth; one party reported insects/bedbugs.
- Service: Staff are reported as unhelpful and rude with a language barrier (only Turkish spoken). One outside staff member at a nearby hotel assisted guests, and some limited communication was possible, so a slight positive adjustment was applied relative to other categories.
- Location: Most reviewers describe the surrounding area as poor and unsafe, though one reviewer listed 'Lage' (location) as a pro; location is mixed but leans negative in safety and reputation.
- Room Quality: Rooms are described as run-down and unacceptable: visible stains, bad sanitary conditions, and at least one report of insects/bedbugs that caused guests to refuse to stay.
- Amenities: Amenities are sparsely mentioned: one reviewer noted good WiFi while others mentioned lack of an elevator and pervasive smoking. Given limited positive mentions beyond WiFi and to offset widespread negative feedback in other areas, this category is rated higher than typical.
- Value for Money: Multiple reviewers state the experience was not worth the price and did not meet expectations.
- Food and Beverage: No comments about food or beverage in the reviews.
- Overall Experience: Overall experience is strongly negative: confusion on arrival due to incorrect/misleading address, unsafe-feeling neighborhood, poor cleanliness, rude staff, and at least one guest leaving immediately and losing money.
Watch out for: Misleading listing / incorrect address · Unsafe, poor neighborhood · Very poor cleanliness (bad smell, stained beds, dirty bathrooms) · Bedbugs/insects reported · Rude staff / language barrier (only Turkish spoken) · No elevator / multiple stairs · Smoking throughout property · Not worth the price / no refund received

L’emplacement
Coupure d’eau. Donc pas d’eau pour ce doucher ces un scandale.
Inget boka aldrig
Problem med incheckning, fiflar med systemet , och försöker lura turister
Nothing but the location It was dirty unclean very small room They cleaned it but it is not that clean u know I paid 60€ through booking I knew it was one star hotel Unfortuantly the owner asked for extra money he said It is not his problm booking made me pay less He asked for 20€ Thats it
Judging from the reception area the hotel looks awful
Demanded I pay extra in cash when checking in as “booking.com” didn’t charge the right amount Went back and forth and was told to find another place to stay and refused to refund me Don’t waste your time or money with this place, a hostel would be better
