- Cleanliness: Multiple reviews report severe cleanliness problems: dirty rooms and bed linen, visible dust and a found dirty sock, cockroaches and ants in rooms and around the hotel, filthy dining area and uncleaned pool loungers; housekeeping frequently absent or inadequate.
- Service: Service impressions are mixed but overall mildly positive: several guests note very helpful, friendly staff and attentive personnel; however some mention gruff or indifferent staff and slow responses (e.g., towels missing until requested).
- Location: Location is frequently praised—beautiful, green grounds, quiet without nightclub noise and with beach access—generally considered a strong point.
- Room Quality: Rooms vary: some guests had very spacious apartments and recent repairs, but others report poor quality of renovation, used/dirty bedding on arrival and missing amenities (no safe in room).
- Amenities: Amenities like pools and a good fitness room are appreciated and recommended, though there are complaints about pool-area cleanliness, toilet maintenance, and small waterpark slides being underwhelming.
- Value for Money: Price and perceived value receive positive mentions (guests liked the price and felt food/amenities offered reasonable value).
- Food and Beverage: Food is repeatedly described as good, tasty and varied; staff at dining noted as friendly by some. However, dining-area cleanliness issues were also reported, tempering the praise.
- Overall Experience: Overall experience is mixed: several guests strongly dissatisfied (would not return) mainly due to cleanliness, while others recommend the hotel for its setting, pools and staff—net result slightly negative.
Watch out for: Severe cleanliness problems: dirty rooms, used bed linen, insects (cockroaches, ants) · Dining area and pool-area often unclean; pool toilets insufficiently maintained · Some grumpy/indifferent staff interactions reported · Occasional musty smells at entrances · No in-room safe; some renovation quality issues · Loud music at night around the pool for some guests
