Hasan’s professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to guest satisfaction were outstanding. He was always available to assist with any questions or requests and made us feel like valued guests throughout our visit. Excellent service can make all the difference, and the team at Site Village Family Suites delivered exactly that. We look forward to returning in the future!
A beautiful green hotel surrounded by lush vegetation. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and exceptionally hospitable, always ready to help. The rooms are clean, with fresh towels provided daily. The hotel also provides towels for the pool and beach. The food is delicious and offers a good variety.
The only drawback is the distance from the beach. A shuttle minibus is available, but it is quite old and shows its age. Another minor issue is that some of the drivers have limited English skills.
