✓Niewiarygodne masaże w strefie spa ! Wiele razy korzystałam w różnych krajach ale nigdy nie byłem wymasowany tak doskonale. Świetna lokalizacja hotelu, plaża i basen przy samym budynku. Duży wybór posiłków. Obszerna opcja drinków, wszystkie w All inclusive. Dobrze działająca klimatyzacja w pokoju.

!Barek w pokoju nie był uzupełniany codziennie. Dosyć drogo w szczycie sezonu.

!Beach bardaki ögle vardiyasındaki bayan şef cok kabaydı sanki müsteri deiliz bize bedavadan hizmet ediyormuş gibi bir muamele gördük o yüzden otelin o bölümünden hiç faydanlamadık. Yemekler hem lezzetsiz hemde az çeşitliydi. Vejeteryan menü yoktu. Oda kart uygulaması olmadığı için odada sarj için hiç bir teknolojik alet i sarj edemedik . Sarj için odada olma zorunluluğu cok sacmaydı.

✓The hotel was set on a very busy walkway along the beach.

!Everything else! We arrived very late at night and we were greeted by a staff member that spoke very little English, not a problem in itself, but there were a few questions that they couldn't answer unfortunately. We asked if there was any food available as it had been a long day of flight delays and we were very hungry. After the staff member showed us to an incredibly small and very hot room, he then told us to go and find the restaurant that served "limited snacks". We proceeded down to the restaurant where we found four pots of food which had obviously been left out from the day's food service. One meat dish, one vegetable dish etc. We opted for the vegetable soup as we felt it was probably the safest thing to eat along with stale bread. We presumed our lackluster feelings towards the food was us being tired and didn't want to take our grumpiness out on the situation. We decided that it would all be better in the morning and decided to go to sleep. The room was comfortable and looked newly renovated, although it was extremely small. We have been on holiday in Turkey multiple times over the years and this room was easily half of the size of any of the rooms we've stayed in before. When we woke up the next day, we went for breakfast. The restaurant was dated and the food options were in our view, limited. The food did not look appetising at all! We had an omelette as we thought that was the safest option being cooked fresh. The staff member when asked for an omelette looked disgruntled and disappeared for 5 minutes to go and get more supplies as they'd run out of egg mixture. The options for the omelettes were limited and looked very wilted in the heat, but it was acceptable. I finished my meal with some fruit, a peach. Luckily I cut it open rather than biting straight into it, as when I opened it I found that it was mouldy from the inside out! This was indeed the last straw for our 8 hour experience of the hotel so far.
