We loved this property, the hotel was fulled but we never felt overwhelmed. There are enough places for everyone, it was not crowded at all. The food and alcohol were pretty good and quality. The staff is amazing, they were so kind and friendly! They even remember our favorite coctails afyer two daya and prepared them before we said.
The only thing is there is no food between 10:30 am to 12:00 pm, or there is no cafe that you can grab some pastry or snacks. We wanted to sleep and missed the breakfast and late breakfast then couldn’t find anything until lunch. As far as I know you should find food/snacks anythime you need in all inclusive hotel. That’s the only part needs to be improved.
