I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Really perfect place to access to both ays sofya and blue mosque. Room is quite clean and really friendly staffs. When check-out, I forgot my belongings at the room. But a cleaning staff kindly let me know. Really appreciated! I recommend all the travelers.
The reception/concierge team, especially Fatma, Ozan Junior and Emir, were I think the best I have come across. Friendly, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, creative and simply really nice. The restaurant and bar were terrific and had great views. Our room was a very good size and had a big balcony from which we could see the Hagia Sophia.
There is an on-off problem with the drains on the third floor (apparently only on this floor). The Wi-Fi is unreliable.
