✓Spent 7 nights from 14th November. Warm welcome at reception,however, the room had painting on the wall stripping and the shower was mouldy. The food was the same everyday and breakfast was very limited and they clearly didn't cater to foreigners. Most morning I ended up having salad and cheese. No matter how early you went for your meals it was ALWAYS cold and let's not talk about the cats roaming freely in the dining area and jumping on tables. I inquired about treatments at the spa but as I had a lot of excursions booked, preferred to do a treatment at the end of my visit. The guy at the spa wrote up a receipt and told me I had to pay that day and I explained that his preferred date for me to do the treatments was not mine so I cannot accept that date but he insisted. The next day I saw him and he asked why I had not paid and I explained that I didn't officially book and would not pay for the 15th when I wanted the treatment on the 20th the day before my departure at this point it felt like harassment as he saw me about 4 times and asked the same thing prior to this. His whole demeanor changed and he became very rude and abrupt and wanted back the receipt which he told us he wasn't taking it to the spa we should as we wasted his time. Very rude. On top of that we paid for all inclusive and there were no meals in between, luckily there is a supermarket across the road. To top it off the pool was closed and there was no entertainment. Definitely not a 5 star more like a 2 in my opinion.

Our attempt to secure information regarding an early breakfast (departure at 6:30 AM) was marked by contradictory statements and a lack of departmental coordination. ​Front Desk (Evening before departure): After an initial unhelpful response, staff eventually confirmed that the regular breakfast would be available starting at 6:00 AM. ​Restaurant (Departure Day, 5:58 AM): Restaurant staff denied entry, insisting that breakfast begins at 7:00 AM. This directly contradicted the information provided by the Front Desk. ​Second Inquiry at Front Desk: Only upon returning to the reception and pressing the issue was the time 6:30 AM confirmed, highlighting a significant breakdown in internal communication between the Front Desk and the Kitchen/Restaurant. ​Conclusion and Recommendation: ​The inability to manage a standardized early service request on the day of departure is unacceptable for a hotel operating at the 5-star level. The inconsistency of information and the necessity to repeatedly seek clarification create undue stress for departing guests. ​Recommendation to Prospective Guests: Be advised that service outside of regular hours and coordination between departments (Front Desk, Kitchen) may be deficient. Due to these structural service flaws, we cannot fully recommend this hotel.

✓Absolutely nothing going on no entertainment food was old same stuff brought out day after day we were ill staff are extremely rude they put us in a room with the cooker extractor outside our balcony we closed the door every day we couldn't use it and when the cleaner came each day the room was still filthy only changed bedding and towels we had to go and get are own toilet roll each day the cleaner left the balcony door open room was full of smoke all out clothes stunk like barbecue when I asked to be moved they refused no entertainment terrible food rude staff stay well away from this hotel worst ive ever stayed at in my 45 years traveling i would never go back

✓This was honestly the worst holiday I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything went wrong. The room was filthy — dust on the furniture, stains on the bedding, and a bathroom that clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The food was terrible and even had flies in it. When we tried to complain, the customer relations manager was incredibly rude and disrespectful, making us feel like an inconvenience. We asked to speak to the hotel manager four different times and were told we were not allowed, which was shocking and completely unprofessional. The only bright spot in the entire stay was Ahmet at reception — he was polite, kind, and genuinely tried his best to help despite everything else being a disaster. He’s the only reason we didn’t leave sooner. I never write reviews, but this experience was so bad I felt I had to warn others. The lack of cleanliness, the poor food hygiene, and the complete disregard for guest concerns made it one of the most stressful trips I’ve ever taken. This hotel needs serious management changes and staff training. Avoid this place at all costs — it’s not worth your time, money, or sanity.
