✓Uns hat besonders die zentrale Lage der Unterkunft gefallen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Besonders schön war auch der Balkon mit der tollen Aussicht. Viele der Mitarbeiter, mit denen wir zu tun hatten, waren sehr nett, zuvorkommend, lustig und hilfsbereit.

!Es gab nichts, was uns an der Unterkunft nicht gefallen hat. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Eine kleine Anmerkung: Das 7/24 Restaurant hat eine wunderschöne Location und eine tolle Atmosphäre. Nur hat uns das Essen dort nicht ganz überzeugt. Dafür hat uns das Essen im Hauptrestaurant, das zu den vorgesehenen Zeiten angeboten wurde, sehr gut geschmeckt und es gab immer eine sehr große Auswahl an Gerichten.

✓Tesisin konumu, deniz manzarası ve yüzme havuzları olumlu bulduğumuz başlıca özelliklerdi. The location, the sea view and the swimming pools were the main positive aspects of the property.

!Ne yazık ki konaklama standardı açısından deneyimimiz son derece hayal kırıklığı yarattı. Beş yıldızlı bir deneyim beklentisiyle iki oda rezerve ettik, ancak her iki oda da kötü durumdaydı. Duvarlarda dökülmeler ve hasarlar, banyolarda nem kaynaklı deformasyonlar, klimanın hava çıkışının çevresinde küf, hasarlı mobilyalar ve kötü yapılmış onarımlar vardı. Odalardan birinde tuvaletin sifonu çalışmıyordu ve kasa kullanılamıyordu. Bu sorunları konaklamamızın başından itibaren bildirmemize rağmen düzgün bir şekilde çözülmedi. Ana restorandaki mobilyalar ve servis alanları da ciddi şekilde yıpranmış ve bakımsızdı. Gerçek durum, tanıtılan beş yıldız standardının çok altındaydı. Unfortunately, almost everything related to the accommodation standard was disappointing. We booked two rooms expecting a five-star experience, but both rooms were in poor condition, with peeling and damaged walls, moisture damage in the bathrooms, mold around the air-conditioning outlet, damaged furniture and poor repairs. In one room the toilet could not be flushed and the safe did not work. We reported these problems from the beginning, but they were not properly resolved. The main restaurant and its furniture also showed significant signs of wear and poor maintenance. The actual condition was far below the five-star standard advertised.
